Fan assembly and filter fans

Air circulation can dissipate large amounts of heat and reduce of hot spots. This results in more homogenous heat distribution in closed enclosures.
When filter fans are used, either cool ambient air is drawn in and blown into the enclosure (over pressure), or the warm air inside is extracted and blown out (under pressure).
